Footville fire department on the far side of the road on the left. The old meat market is on the right that has been closed down for 10 years or so now. The building on the close side of the street used to be Krats communication building but is now the village hall.

the footville meat market was owned by the Don Erdman family , his son Scott was playing for the wisconsin badgers at that time , GO BIG RED !! J.D, KRATZ communications , his mom owned the
footville telephone company for years. the original building is still there , with some of the original equipment in it
