This property was owned by Richard & Gail Krolow. They purchased this property from Hoeksema's in 1971. within the next ten years after this picture was taken, an addition was put on the barn, another silo put up where the chicken coop was and another garage added to the property.

This was my grandparents' farm, Henry and Agnes Hoeksema. This looks pretty much how I remember it. The driveway has changed since my childhood and there was no fence or arch around the milk house near the barn. My cousins and I spent hours playing in that milk house.
