This is my brother Tim's farm. He bought it from Harold Coleman. It was the Ekern farm before that and they raised mink. When Harold owned the farm I remember him raising young Clydesdales for Budweiser. As kids we would get in trouble for crossing Harold's land. Harold was one of my buss drivers for the LaFarge school district.

After my brother bought the farm from Harold Coleman he started raising tobacco below the road and left of the house. The barn is gone now but the 2nd shed to the left in the picture housed calves, was a tobacco stripping shanty and now is home for the Amish telephone.
