This was Irwin Allen's place He was my Uncle. Just south of I-96 on west side of elm road.

this is a stone sided house, my father grew up here, circa 1915-1932. his parents died during world war II and he sold the farm and bought a farm on stockbridge road across the section. in the 50's and 60's a man named erwin Allen lived here, he worked in a car parts shop in lansing and did mechanic work for farmers in the area. i helped him rebuild engine on 1 of our tractors and 2 of my cars in the 50's and 60's.
