My family moved into this house in 1968. My mother had ten kids and we farmed 40 acres. My dad sold it and kept 2 acres to put a trailer on the property to live out the rest of their lives. The barn is significant because my nephews saved their friend who hung himself in there. Now the barn and house are gone and a log home has replaced it.
