This home sits on the west side of Haggerty just north of Michigan Ave (US-12). My research shows it was built in 1950, but I'd date this house at least 30 years older than that. At one point, there was a barn and/or large greenhouse at the back northwest corner of the property, just beyond the large tree at right.

The house stood vacant and severely deteriorated for more than a decade before it was finally sold in 2019 and restored. There is now an industrial park just north of the home with it's entrance near the trees at the street line, the planted fields are all long gone.
