At the time this photo was taken, this was the farm of Leo and Muriel Leo Deschenes--neighbors of my grandparents, Joe and Inga Peterson. The barn at the top of the photo, that is cutoff, was my grandparents' barn. The building to the right, hidden partly by trees, was my grandparents' horse barn. The building to the left of my grandparents' barn was their chicken coop. All of the buildings in this photo are gone now.
