Last known owner,and resident was Jimmy Yates. House is fronted on Yates Store Rd.of which "Yates Store" is located just out of sight in the upper part of photo.

Built in approx 1910 by my husbands' Great Grandparents, Thomas Patterson Yates and Lillie Frances Yates.

This house passed to Thomas P and Lillie F Yates' son James Claibron 'Beau' Yates and wife Lillie Lee Wilkins Yates and then to their son James 'Jimmy' Wilkins Yates and wife Sandra H Claire Speagle Yates. The property was sold out of the Yates family and the house was later burned down to make way for a subdivision. GPS 35.813774, -78919315
