This is the old Dairy Barn on State Route 256 in Pickerington. It was destroyed by fire on February 14, 1998. It has since been replaced by a strip mall with a movie theater.

Mayflower Barn. The house across the street still stands. I spent nearly every day playing in the barn from the early to mid 1960s. The farm was nationally known as were the cattle that grazed its pastures. The barn was truly an amazing structure with a hayloft as wide as a football field. The farm sold and ceased as a dairy operation in 1964. Later used for horse boarding.It was destroyed by an arsonist on Valentines day,1998.
