Herman and Helena Mosers homestead bought just before the depression. Passed onto Marion a Julia Moser, passed on to Erwin and Tracy Moser and then a nephew; Lonnie Perry and his wife lived there until they moved to Neapolis area. Still in the Moser family but is forsale😢. I believe renters live there now. My grandmother and grandfather(Helena and Herman built just to the west of them. You can just see their joined garden.
