This was my late Aunt Martha and Uncle Clarence's home, built in the early 1960's. My uncle took great pride in keeping his yard absolutely immaculate, and all of the equipment in his garage and shed in tip-top shape. In fact, one of my sons has Uncle Clarence's old Cub Cadet riding mower, and uses it to mow his lawn. It still runs great!
