Our Guarantee & Return Policy
Our commitment is to produce and provide to our customers only the highest-quality products, products that are accurate and faithful to the historic images. Vintage Aerial stands fully behind the quality of every product we produce. We guarantee that every product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in the original packaging, and we will replace it without charge.
Because of the historical nature of the images we sell, and the possible defects inherent in the creation of those images, we cannot guarantee that the image itself will be free of flaws or imperfections. And these flaws become more noticeable as the images are enlarged. In our experience, this is part of their authenticity, integral to their value, a sign of their historic provenance. We make every effort to address these imperfections during the production process, but we do not guarantee perfect images–only flawless workmanship and materials.
All returns and requests for replacement for defects in materials or workmanship must be made within 30 days of receipt. We will acknowledge receipt as soon as possible, and will respond promptly. If and when we send a replacement product, we will bear the cost of shipping, which we will do by UPS ground unless you have made other arrangements.
All purchases of Digital Files are final and we do not accept returns under most circumstances. Once you purchase a File and we make it available to you, you are responsible for downloading and confirming your ability to access your purchase. If you are unable to complete a download, access the File, or obtain printed copies from third-party vendors, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.
We accept Digital File orders instantaneously and immediately trigger our production process upon receipt of the order and accompanying payment. Shipping & Delivery
When we receive your order, we will do our best to tell you the expected date for production and delivery. Our standard shipping method is ground UPS or USPS to any continental U.S. destination or APO/FPO address. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories ship airfreight at an additional cost of $6.95.
We may offer expedited shipping options for additional costs, which you may request and approve.
We ship from Ohio and applicable sales tax is added to your order.
