This store was owned by my Uncle Julian Aiken. In the early sixties, there was a small dining area inside. You could buy groceries, fresh meat, get a hand dipped ice cream cone, buy toys,clothes, shoes, any type hardware including plumbing, electrical, gas, kerosene,or any type of animal feed. He also owned the trailer park and a laundromat across the road. I guess this would be called a general merchandise store.
