This appears to be 2525 Vaughn Road. The outbuilding in the photo has been torn down and a new, larger building was built in its place to the right of it.
I knew the person who lived here, Leon Spoon. He just died about two years ago and his property extended all the way to Fayetteville Road, with the Bates & Reeves Family Cemetery on it.
