At the time this photo was taken, my wife and I had been the owner/operators of this Vickers station for 2 years. The station sat at "Scott's Corner", 9 miles west of Arkansas City on US166 highway. We sold the station in 1983. FYI the front 1/4 of this building was the retail area and we lived in the back 3/4. Photo 34 on this roll is the same property, taken from slightly further west, showing the outbuildings.
