When I was little this was the Ben Clark farm.
Around 1967 Ben sold the farm to his son Harvy.
I visited quite often as I was friends with Harvy's sons. Harvy moved off the farm when he retired in the mid 1980's
The buildings are still there but very run down as no one has lived there since that time
