Mozelle High School and Elementary School
The building back of the buses was classrooms and the gymnasium for the high school. The elementary school is to the right. The football stadium is at the top of the picture. Mozelle played six- man football and won two state championships back-to-back years. Bottom of the photo shows a store that was run by R.V. and Maedelle Rodgers. Maedelle would run the store and R.V. would sell gas and fix flats. Many students used the store. Mozelle school started in 1935 and closed forever in 1987. Three school districts went together and built a new school, Panther Creek School.
