Fisk, TX.
Fisk was a small county town that had everything they needed. The town had a barber shop, Library, community building, tabernacle, blacksmith, garage, two general stores, Woodsmen of the World organization and three service stations.
Another enterprise was telephones and local switch board. Miss Jenny Crawford (my Great Aunt) was a switchboard operator. Her house was behind the general store where the cedar trees still stand to this day. Jenny never married. If the family need any help, she would be there.
