This is in Frisco at the intersection of Preston Road and Spur 720 now Gary Burns Dr on the West side of Preston and on Hutson Dr. on the East side of Preston. Today there is Dairy Queen in its place. This was one of only about three or four places in town to purchase gas. The station was owned by the Byrd family. Mr. Byrd has a full-service station and would always give the kids in the car a piece of bubble gum.
