Wasn't this originally the Plano location of The Dallas Morning News? Later, when they closed operations, I believe it was purchased for the John Paul High School.

The former French owned telecommunications company (Alcatel). Dallas Morning News is across the street (on south side of Plano Parkway). Still there, printing away.
