i started to build this home in 1982 with the help of my son DAVID and my son in law( now ex) BILL TAYLOR completed in1983 this home was built out of structural steel with 22 gauge galavulun corragated metal roof,tilt up concrete walls in 3 locations . all interior & exterior wood walls were built after structural steel & roof was in place .the exterior rock walls came out of a building (over 100 years old) west of hamilton texas. I swaped a job shack office trailer to seth williams of hamiltonfor the stone. the pecan paneling came froml logs bought in hamilton,sawed into paneling in east texas,aired dried for 6 months,thenbrought to wilmer hutchinsfor kilm drying .planed in garage of new house,then to keene texas for finnishing. I have pictures that were takeon asthe house was being built IT WAS A JOY & MUCH FUN TO BUILD
