5806 James Ln (the house was razed circa 2012/2013), the house above was located almost exactly where 30818 Shady Oak Dr. currently stands. This land is part of the Churchill Fulshear Sr (one of the original 300) league. Churchill Fulshear Jr became the owner after 1850 and at one time was one of the largest landowners in Texas. However, the Civil War and illness would take a toll on his family, leaving only himself, a grandson (Tommy J Fulshear), and his enduring housekeeper - Mrs E S Wilson (Emma Wilson).
After his death in 1892, Fulshear Jr left the land to Tommy and Mrs. Wilson. Emma Wilson died in 1921 and left a portion of land to Louise Lloyd, who I believe was her great niece. Lloyd sold the land to P Michael Wells in 1968 who built the ranch approximately 10 years or so later.
This entire area is now Fulbrook on Fulshear Creek.
