30506 1st St (building lower right of photo). This was the US Post Office until the early 90's when the 'new' Post Office was built at 8055 FM 359 Rd (Main St). Wallis State Bank (now Wallis Bank) has been at this location since.

The house across the street was at 8411 FM 359 Rd. The house/lot, along with 8 adjacent city lots (65,000+ square feet with frontage on FM 359, 1st, and Wilson Sts), was sold in 2016 and is now commercial development including an Ace Hardware store and Dominoes Pizza.
