This group of houses can be found at 14427 - 14615 and 5003 FM 1464 (original addresses were on Clodine Rd). The land has been in the Schumann Family since Paul and Lucille Schumann inherited it from her father, D.F. McLaughlin, in the early 20th century. After Paul's death, much of the land went to Robert F. Schumann.

The driveway/street that travels to the interior of the property was named for Robert's wife Alice (Alice Schumann Dr). The small house shown lower left (14531 FM 1464 Rd) was built in 1910. The house seen behind the tree, lower right, was built in 1900 (14615 FM 1464). Both were most likely built by D.F. McLaughlin (Paul's father-in-law).

Paul and Lucille lived in the big house at 5003 FM 1464 (sometimes shown in archives as 5003 Clodine Dr, or 5003 Hwy 90A). After Lucille died in a car crash in 1955, Robert and his new wife, Alice moved in with Uncle Paul while he built them a new house. However, Robert and Alice never moved into that house. Instead, Paul remarried, building he and his second wife a new house at 14427 FM 1464 (also shown as 14427 Clodine Dr). Robert and Alice remained at 5003 FM 1464 for the remainder of their natural life.

After Paul died, his second wife's three girls each received an acre of land:

14511 FM 1464
14515 FM 1464
14531 FM 1464

The land has since been sold back to the Schumann family.
