700 Jackson St. In 1925 the Fort Bend National Bank of Richmond was established. The bank changed names in 1981, thus in 1985 this was the First City National Bank of Richmond. A series of bank failures and acquisitions followed and by 2007 this became a Wells Fargo branch.
