24500 Northwest Freeway, Cypress. Originally built by Texas Instruments, the TI campus was closed circa 1994. In the ensuing years it was occupied by HP as a call center, then Sysco Business Services, and was recently purchased by Houston Methodist Hospital where they will build their ninth hospital in the area.
