Once located at the northwest corner of Katy Hockley Cut Off Rd and Heritage Dr, this land was owned by the Beckendorff family. The house and surrounding buildings were gone circa 2004. The original driveway and culvert underneath could still be seen until mid 2019 when the concrete drainage pipes were removed, along with the remaining driveway.
