The building was owned by the Lile family from 1969 till 2013. Bob Lile, famous for running the Lile Art Gallery in Amarillo and selling "Cadilite" Jewelry, was Jesse Lile's son, and he still operates the same taxpayer business used for the dealership for his gallery.
