This is Whirlwind club original 1982 building before burned down in 1988. I have two pictures of the aftermath.
My grandfather bought it in 1996 and has been in my family ever since my father took over in 2003. That bar was open for 38 years until 2021 after my dad died and was closed ever since. The new owner is in working to reopen soon.
This is a historically well-known known bar and was Polk country's oldest bar before it closed in 2021.
