State Park Grocery - 14910 FM 14, Tyler, TX 75706. Directly across the highway from the entrance to Tyler State Park, this building was razed shortly after this photo was taken, and replaced with a newer station in 1998. If this address is entered into Google maps, it will bring up a street image of the modern store, but if you look right (South) of the store, you will see a small cluster of trees near the road with a concrete curb around them. An old, rusted/damaged sign and post are in front of that tree cluster - that is what remains of the RC Cola sign seen in this 1996 photograph, giving perspective to where the original store stood in relation to the highway.
