The Sacred Garden of Texas, located in New Waverly, TX which began in 1968 by Evelyn and her husband Gene Blazek. They spent endless hours creating the Sacred Gardens which included the largest statue of Christ of East Texas and 65 religions grottos. The dedication by the Bishop of the Diocese of Galveston-Houston was held in 1972.
