The biggest difference is the absence of the dual chimneys atop the high-peaked center roof as seen in this still from the movie: https://i.imgur.com/ierSZIA.jpg as well as in this production still: https://thetexaschainsawmassacre.com/...

In addition to the dual chimneys, take a look at this undated photo: https://i.imgur.com/EhlwXy0.jpg The damage to the roof shingles perfectly matches the roof in Photo 88-EWL-25. The driveway on the north side of the house matches what's seen in the movie, as well as the barn further back behind the house. Additionally, note that the damage to the left side ornamental trim above the two second floor windows matches this still from the movie: https://i.imgur.com/ierSZIA.jpg

Finally, notice the house in this photo (Photo 88-EWL-24) doesn't even have the ornamental trim as seen in the images above.
