I think this is the middle school. The wing on the left was 6th grade, the middle wing was 7th, and the diagonal one on the right was 8th grade. I think the T-shaped part in the middle was the cafeteria, and the building with the rounded roof was the gym.

This is Perquimans Central School before it was torn down and rebuilt. If you zoom in you can see one of the old slides on the playground, which was huge and shaded by large oak trees whose roots broke the sidewalk. Some of the buildings are temporary classroom trailers. I think the cafeteria was the part on the right. The library is in the middle. The far left wing housed the 5th grade classrooms in 1995. The playground had wooden seesaws, a metal jungle gym, and a swing set on the right side. The middle had monkey bars, parallel bars, 2 metal slides, and a wooden jungle gym with a metal slide, monkey bars, and a rope bridge. The left side had another swing set, chin-up bars, a mobile classroom, and a paved area that may have been a basketball court.
