This home's care was neglected by Key Bank's Trust Department in Dayton who was responsible for the home maintenance after Ervin Nutter died in 2000. As a result, the home was reduced to a "tear down". The home will likely be torn down soon which is a shame.

The property was owned by John Ankeney, Sr in this picture. Used to play basketball in the upper loft when enough hay was used to expose the floor. It is part of Stonehill Village. Is farm land today.

3081 Murdock Road. We owned this farm in the mid to late 1970's. We built the original part of the house. Looks added on since we owned it.

This was the John Ankeney Sr. house on Trebein Road (Rural Route 3). The property was torn down and large home built in its place. Knew the whole family. Grew up down the street and used to play touch football and basketball with the kids.
