That intersection is in Visalia. The only intersection I see in Tulare or Visalia like this is the intersection of S. Mooney and W. Cameron in Visalia, and that may not even be it.

Looks like this was across the road from the Taugus Ranch gas station (Standard). See Photo 38-XVI-11.

All I could find out was that Alma's Ranch House was on Mooney Blvd. in Visalia. Sure it's been torn down.
