Large barn at top belonged to R.R. Powell 1933-1973 400 acres, barn probably built & used by Gayton & Harrington Mule Co 1885-1920 They supplied horses & mules to the British Remont CO (Army) during the Boar Wars in South Africa and during all of WWI. Lathrop Mo considered the Mule Capital in those days. Farm in foreground belonged the Jerome Green dies 1955, farmed by RR Powell & JE Powell, in 1984 purchased by Dary; R. Powell
