Basagic Funeral Home on Rt. 220 east of Franklin, WV. It was started by the Brown family & later was sold to David Basagic who remodeled & added on to it.

The Priest Mill across the Potomac River from Franklin, WV. It has been restored. Water power was used to card wool & to turn a lathe in wood working, I believe here.

Herman Riggleman's home just south of Franklin, WV, between Rt. 220 & the Potomac River. Herman's cattle truck is in the picture. Herman & his wife are gone, but the house is still in the family.

McCoy's Mill located where the Thorn Creek enters into the Potomac River just south of Franklin, WV on Thorn Creek Road. At one time this was a working gristmill for the community. There is a house on the property now.
