This is the Pettit Lake House, just south of Silverton off of cascade hwy. At one point in time, The Oregon Garden had plans to acquire this property and expand their venue options but that fell through.

Property and home are still used and welll. There has since been a pole barn with car port built in that area to the left of the driveway and there is one large barn - looks to be the same position as the middle building in this photo- but missing some features so it could have been rebuilt in the same place. Many of the fruit and walnut trees are still there!

Not surrounded by berries any longer, but the barn and house are still there and occupied. The oak trees are there and rather impressive.
