2042 US-211 BUS, Luray, VA. The motel is still in location, however the central structure in the courtyard of the motel, which served as the home of the owners of the motel, has been demolished. The motel is still operating as the Skyline Inn and Suites, however, it's condition had deteriorated over the decades, and is known to rent rooms for local residence, rather than for vacationers coming to the Valley. Notice in the lower center the intersection and wooden bridge for Atkins Drive which used to connect to 211 Business by crossing the Hagerstown District Norfolk Southern Railroad Line until the late 1990s, when an intoxicated driver wrecked their vehicle and drove off the bridge, which led to its permanent closure.
