This looks to be the same footprint as the modern day Dillons on Main Street right at SR 360. The present day WalMart is to the left of the building and Walnut River is to the right (south).

Valley COOP, 16101 23rd Rd, Winfield, KS 67156. Structure is still standing with rail service, although I don't know if the tracks are still active.

Image is looking west from the east side of the Walnut River at what is now the Valero "Ark City Terminal". In the 1990s due in large part to increasing EPA restrictions, what was then a Total Refinery plant was closed and most structures in the image above were razed. Original site entrance is located at 1200 S M Street and was dissected by the Missouri Pacific Railroad.

This is the current ADM Milling Plant, 1000 Mill Road, Arkansas City, KS 67005. Image is taken looking south. Plant is still in service and receives railroad service from the BNSF yard to the west. Much of the smaller structure to the east (left) of the Dixie Portland tower has been removed.
