Yes, Robert's comment above is correct in terms of location. This photo is looking southeast - the present day Buckeye Terminals on Fisher Road are the foreground, the present day AEP electrical substation on Wilson Road is in the middle ground, and the present day Buckeye Terminals on Wilson Road are in the background. However, I'm going to disagree with Robert on the Great Western Shopping Center, because that shopping center was built in the 1950s and these photos are from 1963. The Buckeye Terminals on Wilson Road are NORTH of the original shopping center - this photo does not show far enough south to see the original shopping center, which would have been there in 1963.
