Herman and Mabel Hayes farm approx 1955-2016, ranged from 80 to approx 270 Acres by height of production in mid 90s Dairy Farm with Corn, Wheat, Soybeans, Silage and Hay grown for animal feed. Tobacco cash crop Cattle, Horses, Chickens, Pigs, Rabbits Cattle dogs and Beagle Hound rabbit dogs, trained pups were often for sale Vegetable Gardens, Corn, Beans, Tomatos, Potatos, Squash, Cucumber, Pumpkin, Watermelon, Muskmelon, Heirloom Apple orchard, Peach Trees, Black Walnut Trees, Hickory Nut Trees, Blackberry patches, Grapevines, Wild Plums Self Sufficient small family farm, sadly one of the last.
