My dad owns about 80-85 acres tillable farmland there. He farmed it himself until 1998, then leased it to a friend of the family. It just was not enough land to justify owning the requisite farm equipment. It had 2 different lessors over the years - the first a friend, the last a son-in-law. This year, it’s being turned into an organic farm by another longtime friend and local farmer in the area.

This was the Cal Troyer farm for many years (and during the time of this photo). We bought the house from Cal and Sadie in 2004 and lived there for 8 years. The farm is now owned by Gary and Kyleanna Young.
