These building were built in 1914-1915 by Charles Fred Blanchard. He had owned the farm across the road that his son John Franklin took over.

These buildings were once owned by Stinson Houghton who sold it to Charles Fred Blanchard in 1895, who ultimately turned it over to his son John Franklin in or around 1915.
