If memory serves me right, this house, home of Mr. Schnatz, was on the corner of State Street (Hwy 98) and street that goes north to Elberta School… Mr. Schnatz would play Christmas music during holidays on corner of 98 and 83 at Perske’s Drugstore with a record player set up on a bench/table.. His family were early settlers in Lillian, also. Robert and Pearl Meszaros bought … later it was torn down. Elberta’s Kids park sits on part of the corner now.
