My parents bought this property in 1947 raised 6 children.My mother lived on the property until her death in 1993 .It was originally 60 acres.They raised cotton,corn peas had apple and peach trees. In the late fifties build a 300 ft chicken house raised chickens for a few years.The original house burnt in the seventies.My brothers wife owns and lives on the property today.

Also on this property some of my family members provided a service to the community by selling beer and whisky it was a booming business.No family members are in the business at this time.
