Looks like corner of US 231-431 and Elkwood Section in Hazel Green, AL
The comment is correct, US 431/231 and Elkwood section, Hazel Green. There is still an auto repair shop at this location. The main building itself is the only remaining structure. Including the house being gone that is in the top of the picture.
As of April 1. 2023 this building was destroyed by an EF3 tornado that hit the area. As Eddie Allen has also mentioned in some other shots from other years this building was pictured.
