This is a liquor store still in operation on hwy 431
Was famous long ago for being last stop out of wet Madison County and first stop from dry Marshall County. Marshall County officers watched this place closely and made many liquor busts once people crossed the county line. Many times the officers would take your booze and let you off with a verbal warning,no paperwork. Wonder where the booze went?
