This property is currently owned by my wife and I. We have 2 daughters and my family has paperwork on this property that goes back to when it was homesteaded. My great uncle lived here and sold it. It passed through several hands and has landed back into our family. The building in the picture was still standing when I purchased the property back in 2004. I used it for several years before we had to tear it down. There is currently a 34X50 shop roughly in the area where the mobile home is.

Hi Alex,
Do you have any memories from the property you would like to share? What is your favorite thing about the property?

I do, the spot on the bottom of the picture that looks like a garden is my mothers property. I can remember having a garden there for several years. When I got older the garden got moved. The property with the building on it I can remember exploring the woods on and behind it as a kid. When I purchased the property, I purchased it from an older gentleman who lived by himself and I would help him out at times. He was diagnosed with lung cancer and had to move closer to his daughter so she could help take care of him. I was the first person he offered the place to and that is how I got the property back. To the right of the building there was a family that moved in and had 4 children and we all grew up together on this street and we all explored the woods and area all the time and rode bicycles everywhere as kids. When I purchased the property shown it came with the spot where those kids grew up as well. In total this started as 1 acre and after it was all completed I got 4 acres total in this area.
