Center of Hinckley. Jerry Bahl’s Texaco and our family home directly to the north.
A Texaco Marfak service station, 102 West Lincoln Avenue, U. S. Route 30, Hinckley, Illinois. View looks west. Note the Hinckley State Bank, across the street. Note the bar, advertising Meister Brau and Budweiser!! The station still stands today. I was there on 24 August 2025, and you can still make out where the 'TEXACO' and 'WASHING' letters once were!
